HAPPY NEW YEARS to yous guys. I had the ceromonial NEW YEARS grub for dinner tonight. Made me a smoked ham and smoked shoulder in the smoker today. 7 1/2 hours slow smoked and then brought the ham in and sliced it down and fixed a pot of black eyed peas with the ham bone to go with it.
 sliced and ready to eat after sending out some care packages to my mom and grandparents.  And NEW YEARS wouldn't be complete without some fresh black eyed peas and rice.
