The other one looks like a very juvenile Black Drum, I've caught the Lizard Fish in the creeks here during the winter.

the lizard fish is a vital component of the venerable "Redneck Inshore Grand Slam". You would have to add a toad fish, pin fish, skate or ray, and preferably some type of undeterminable bottom growth to achieve this high standing accomplishemnt.
