FICHT is what he is trying to say, but I got the point. And the answer I believe is no. The FICHT engines were a 3.3L engine and used a different cooling system. Your 86 powerhead is a 2.7L, but would interchange with a 3.0L. The late 250 V6's used the 3.3L engine on them, and the FICHT's. I believe you could swap the adapter out and do it though.

I know what it is he was supposed to say and mean. I was busting his nuts and taking it to another extreme. MJ and I have often said that he could start world wars with his command of the english language.
