Most AUTOZONES and ADVANCE sell a buffing kit that hooks up to a drill and will buff the lenses out. You can normally find the kit for under $20 and it will do a couple sets of lights. I would try that before spending the $ on new ones.

If you REELY want to save some cash, get the polishing kit off of ebay.
