do you have an inline strainer? Just open the top and stick the hose in. If not they make an inline flush attachement( flush right I think) that is plumbed inline, you just hook your hose on to it, and the water pressure shuts off the inlet side, forcing the water thru the engine. BTW, those Sutphens are cool boats

I've always seen them where they go in after the strainer and hook a hose bib into it. This way you can hook the hose up and flush the engine with the boat in the water or on a trailer.
