I'd say you made out pretty fair. Hard letting an old friend go. No such thing as too many boats in the yard though! Most I've ever had at one time was five.

That is what I was up to (5, not counting the canoe).
Got a 16' Tri hull (no calls-same price) that needs the transom and floor replaced, gonna end up fixing it and letting my son in law use it. Had 3 boats, with trailers stacked like planes in an aircraft carrier bay in my neighbors lot next door and the other 2 over at Daddys. Still gotta get a trolling motor for the Ashcraft and start outfitting it as a flats boat and one day actually use the canoe.
