Yes after researching more I have found out this is for Commercial! Thank God I was starting to panic!

I do fall under the rules as I transport my fish to market in my boat on that trailer, butI not going to worry about it!!

But I am sure with everything going on in this state it just a matter of time before there is a new fee!

I glad you dodgin' the bullet...being a long time supporter (LOL) of trailer brakes, I know you were lookin' forward to spendin' time and money gettin' those fixed...
