MJ-
He says that thing only weighs 4100 pounds, seems a little light whataya think? I ask because I am limited in towing at 5K and never thought I would get a 25' boat behind me.

add the trailer engines and fuel and gear then you will be way over 5000lbs. and if a 25 footer is that light esp. with a w/a then it will bounce all over the waves.

I have a 23 footer at 3000# dry weight, add motor 110 gal gas and everything else with trailer I am over 5000 easy.
From what I could see he is a 4000# Dry hull so add twin motors 110 gas and all the stuff + trailer you over 6000#

But its a nice boat for the cash!!

im sure it does. but that weight for a whole rig sounds very light. that 25 should at least be 4000-5000 lbs, just the hull. it sounded like he meant 4100. with engines and fuel and trailer. with those calc;s the hull would come out to be too light.

that is a very sweet rig for a good price, if those motors are low hour and tight and I did not have my V I would be traveling
