The beauty of statistics is that they can be manipulated to say whatever you want them to say.
However, it would make perfect sense for the guys getting shot at and blown up to support the guy who says he will bring them home. (At least thats what he did say) POW's used to sign letters saying they loved Commies to keep from being tortured. Oh and for the record, I am niether Democrat nor Republican, I don't trust any of em.
