maco, unfortunately they make it almost impossible to get your commercial in new york.
the criteria are absolutely rediculous. after they make you jump through hoops, IF you can fulfill the requirements, the commercial for summer flounder is $40,000. i dont know how anybody gets a new one the way they try and discourage it.
