I currently have the original 1991 bimini top on mine, with full enclosure canvas/isinglass. Everything is in top shape except for the bimini fabric itself. It has a couple holes and is just generally worn out after years of use. Do you think I can go to a canvas shop and have the fabric made to fit the current bimini support structure, or would I be better off just getting a whole new top?

Nipper, Any marine canvas shop should be able to replace the fabric on your old top but usually at a premium. I had a couple of quotes to replace my original fabric, and use my existing frame. The quotes ranged from $300 to $750 just for replacing the bimini material.

Thanks Tsubaki. I hate to get a whole new top because what I have all zips together so nicely. I don't use it that much, but it sure is nice to know you have a full enclosure when it starts looking nasty in the sky.
