haven't seen him, but I'll keep an eye out. Thats a good place to kayak fish. A freind of mine went Tarpon fishing last week a little North of here and boated three reds that went over 30 lbs(all were released). Heres a pic of the biggest one I've caught.
 it was 36" long,14 lbs, caught it on a 7' Falcon med/heavy with Penn 4300(small reel) spooled with 25 lb braid. Took me a while to get him to the boat
