Welcome aboard Shubey.
The only items that keep popping up are make sure your transom does not have any leaks and keep an eye on the floor for leaks. by the way OB, I resemble that remark.

I have had mine since new, 1989, it attracts and requires a lot of beer and cigars to operate correctly. Unfortunately it was the year they seemed to have put some kind of fish repellant on the bottom because I can't seem to catch any.
