well the older V20's will go faster then the newer ones!! I think anything before like 1977?? has no floation!

Mine is one of them. After I belive 77 they started to add floationand you can tell, Because the newer model has a higher deck giving you less free board. ot much less, but just anough to get the floation in.

I have heard stories of V20's that caught under the edge of docks and get forced down at low tide, and sink because they have no floation in them.
