Thank you for the quick response but I have contacted the Wise seat manufacturer in the past and they do not make a chair that will prop up and give the "chaise lounge" effect. The company that made the original hardware for the wellcraft v20 seats is now out of business. My search is for and old seat so that I can us the old hardware to either do over the old seat of have a new seat constructed with the old hardware. Any other ideas are more that welcome!

I have my old original seat out of my V.
Where are you, you can have it. It needs some of the plywood base replaced but could be made usable, or you can strip it for the hardware.
