Default monkfish,

A very popular culinary dish here in this part of the world[Ireland that is].Alot of good restaurants have monkfish on the menu cooked in various different ways and believe it ir not is one of the most expensive dishes on the menu.

We've had monkfish liver at the sushi bar a couple of times.
I'm with turbinedoctor about not being able to get past cleaning one of those, don't care how good they are.
