it wasn't that hard, i bought the plexi, got my measurements, made a few refernce marks(leave the paper on the plexi) on the first bend to see how much it streched when I bent it. I made a "brake" by using two 2x4s in a vise. Just clamped one 2x on each side of the reference line for the bend. I warmed the area for the bend with a heat gun(keep it only on the area you want to bend), I kept it going back and forth while putting pressure on it till it started to move, don't get it too hot or it will bubble, once it starts, keep the heating even and bend it till you get 90 degrees. Let it cool and pull it out of the vise. After it cooled down I measured from my bend reference line to another line running parallel. I knew what the distance was before I bent it, now I know what it is after, so I knew how much to compensate for on the other bend. After the other bend, I checked it to make sure it would fit side to side, I spaced it off the console with rubber washer made from cutting thin slices of marine A1 fuel line. After I determined it fit side to side, I drew out the side panels to be cut back, I used my Bosch jig saw with a fine blade and it worked perfect. After it was all done, I peeled teh paper backing off and cleaned it up with alchohol
