Yeah man Fl has a lot of boats, yeah we were just going to trade boats with this guy ours needs some work and so does his. We'll see though were still talkin about it.

Oh, forgot the bounce test for the transom.
With the motor tilted about 45*, look to see how much (if any) the transom moves. This will indicate if research is needed to replace the assend of the boat.
To most people this is not an insurmountable issue but will add greatly to the amount of work needed to perform to the boat.
Simply rock or bounce the motor to see the movement of the rear. This may range from bouncing to gyrating of the motor. Any flexing of the transom is not good.
Wish I had better discriptions of this, an easy way is if the motor bolts are able to keep being tightened by collapsing the transom.

Yea we love stikin are feet in the fire lol, yeah the lakes super low right now the have it cut off from the water ways.

Alright next time we look at the boat I'll remember that. I know that the owner before our friend had it had the edge of the transom capped in aluminum. Also am I looking at replacing the whole floor or patching which would be easier. We know its going to be a project boat just trying to see how much project. lol
