This picture shows the installation of a 24 gallon tank installed in the livewell bay on my V. It is a standard 24 Gallon Tempo that fits right in the livewell. As you can see, the fill and vent pipes are above the floor. The addition of this tank gives me a total of 84 gallons of gas. I haven't run the V with both tanks filled so I don't know know how it will effect the balance of the boat.

Thats a good set up, but I think I would have drilled into the floor and brought the hoses in from the side of the live well, as not to trip on them.

There wasn't enough clearance between the top of the tank to the hatch/floor to run the hoses under the floor. In order to do that I would have to relocate the filler pipe out the side of the tank.
