Someone said to me how she couldn't believe that most states today actually issue permits for people to carry concealed weapons. She said it's no wonder there is so much gun violence out there. I had to point out to her that criminals and psychos aren't applying for or obtaining permits . . . they carry guns without permits. Only law-abiding citizens can get a permit.
