The JOHNZUKI uses a V4 gearcase style prop(4" not the 4.5" V6), but I guess it uses a V6 prop shaft. Have you tryed a prop shop yet? I know these guys aint local to you, but they have done me right through the years, and are reasonable.
http://www.acbprop.com/ There also GENERAL PROPELLER down here, they do most of the rebuilds for most major shops(but ADMIRAL does more rebuilding, and repitching). http://www.gpcprop.com/ ON EDIT: I looked up the 140 in my MICHIGAN WHEEL catalog and you can use a B series XHS prop with a 126 adapter and have a wide array of different props to choose from.
