I've never seen or heard of a inline 6 cyl 350.
But when it comes to a ford a coil is a coil is a coil. I wouldn't worry to much about heat, they get hot even if they are the original coil. Maybe I'm wrong but if I am someone here will be glad to point it out especially if it comes from a "FNG" like me. Garage
