Johnson 200 looper fire

I somehow had an engine fire last weekend, and didnt know it till I flushed the motor and found gas running down the side. 3 of the carburators, the inside of the air silencer and the vaccum lines were melted. I bought and rebuilt 225 carbs, but have no idea how or where the vacccum lines are supposed to run and the Clymer manual doesnt show them. If I am posting in the wrong area please let me know. This is a great site, and I dont want to offend.
