			OTF tough call. Your going to have a lot of money in a 1973 boat. Not nessassarily a bad thing. But you do need to weigh that. And I think you are talking about a V21 aren't you for that year? And what condition is the Yamaha and hours? Classic and pretty with new power (always great) but old and going to need more and more work as time goes on and you will never recoup your money. VS Much newer (21 years) hull and if it is the V21 a improved hull and transom arrangement with what is a very good engine with a cuddy and a lot of upgrades and electronics. You could go either way and there would be merit in your decision, what it comes down to is which boat meets the majority of your needs, has expense to personal value edge and which makes you smile ;D
