I'm leaning toward an early June end of May date. Would be warm enough to enjoy and less chances of spring rains. I would be going solo, I'm figuring a seven hr. tow so I'm looking to fish for at least two full days and if I can swing it three. Turning it into a fluke tournament would be good if they are running down there then.
In May the weekend of the 19th - 21st keeps us out of Mothers Day and Memorial Day weekends In June the weekend of the 2nd - 4th & 9th - 11th If there is a consensus on any of these dates amongst members we can home in on it and pick a spot based on what fishing inquiries reveal.
