WELL I OPTED NOT TO BUY THE REPLACEMENT KIT, SINCE I KNOW HOW TO WELD I FABRICATED IT MYSELF OUT OF 1/4" STEEL.

AS FAR AS REMOVING THE BOW EYE (UBOLT) MINE HAD NUTS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HULL SO I JUST BACKED THE UBOLT OUT USING A WRENCH AND TURNING THE NUTS TOWARDS THE BOW. WORKED PRETTY WELL, JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GET TO THE END, MINE SNAPPED OUT AND CHIPPED A TINY PIECE OF FIBERGLASS AWAY
