What if Trump replaces smart people with “ yes men “?

Trump has a history of replacing experienced people based on their politics rather than abilities.

So what if Trump wins and does what he says he’ll do to have absolute power like Putin ?
For example, Trump might try to NUKE Hurricanes as he actually thinks a good idea .
