You know, some people are saying that big oil is responsible for the price of gas. I'm sure that might be part of the overall equation.
But while everyone is pointing to the 22 Billion that Exxon/Mobil has posted for profit no one seems to be talking about the 20 BILLION that they lost the year before. I'm just using Exxon/Mobil as an example. All of the other big oil companies posted similar profits and losses the year before. .
