Pull the fuel sender, you can use a rigid piece of tubing and vacuum the bottom of the tank if need be. You can get a siphon going with just a primer bulb. If you are trying to go thru the fuel.pickup, it should have an anti siphon valve, so, guess what, ot won't siphon. I've got an electric fuel.pump hooked to a double atack of fuel filters for polishing or transferring fuel. If you run old fuel in you yard equipment make sure to run a decarbon additive.
