I guess I would be remiss if I pointed out that those FORMAL charges only came after almost a year and only after the AG was urged by the Democrats to make such charges because people were saying that no one had been charged with insurrection and so the demonstration could not have been an insurrection attempt and it was blowing holes in the Democrats sham investigation of President Trump's involvement (or lack thereof) in the demonstration. But believe what you will. You're right, some people have now been charged with that crime. .
