That’s a horrible shame for many reasons.
The man did put himself in a bad situation, during a violent event.

Lots of injustice occurs every day, in many ways that goes unreported too .
People have spent decades in jails for crimes they didn’t commit, lynchings, violent crime .
And some have escaped justice for many reasons including having the money for pay offs and many lawyers .

I know what you’re trying to suggest - but it does not “ white wash away” in any way the historical trump encouraged violent insurrection attempt at our Capitol .
