Mentally deficient Joe Biden swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and his duty is to faithfully execute the law.

Just six months ago Lyin' JoeBiden declared that his election would amount to the triumph of the "rule of law" and would show that "the flame of democracy" cannot be extinguished, "not even with a pandemic of an abuse of power." (To be fair, he was just reading a statement prepared by others. He clearly has difficulty communicating a cohesive independent thought.) Now he has violated the same rule of law by extending the eviction moratorium in an unconstitutional move, knowing that the effort will ultimately be ruled against, but doing so anyway because by the time the courts get around to ruling on it the money will already be gone and impossible to get back. Biden said that it's "worth the effort," and that "at a minimum, by the time it gets litigated, it will probably give some additional time while we're getting that $45 billion out to people." In doing so, he violated the Constitution, the document he SWORE to uphold, "so help me God."

Shredding the Constitution is par for liberals who think that political convenience is more important. And to think that some actually applaud such behavior.
