Man I miss our Whiting.... Used to put 10-20 of them in my smoker. 18-24 hours later we had the best smoked whiting. Wet smoked they would last a week to 2 weeks with no refrigeration... They never lasted more than a few days before they were gone.... every one eaten.
Disgusting how the draggers absolutely destroyed an entire fishery, while our government just sat on their a$$es and did nothing.
