After the operation and while you recover and from then on start taking at least 300MG of Qunol® Ultra CoQ10. (or any CoQ10 that is Ubiquinol) (Ubiqunol is absorbed by your body 3x better and faster than regular CoQ10.) It literally saved my life. It strengthens your heart, especially if you are on a Satin drug that robs your heart of the Q10 Enzime, that is NECESSARY for healthy heart function.
