Nope, no problems at all. In fact, I believe that Bgreene has one on his V21 and loves it.
 I have a 200 HP Mercury on my V21 and will attest that it's perfect. I know a lot of people have 150's and 200's on their V20's and I've never heard anyone speak badly of them. The only problem is when you shift to a 4 stroke engine and the extra weight that brings to the table.
