Replacing 26 year old Bimini Top

Thanks for the replies. I was able to cobble mine back together for a little while. I was more concerned about the plastic fittings holding up.

Also, is there any way to shorten the length of the pole? I d prefer the pole on the front and straps to the back. That way you can let the top down and run with it out of the way.
