| 10.27.2017 - Black fishing

Yesterday Joe and I went Black fishing with high hopes of catching some nice Tog by the MPB. We had a perfect day weather wise and a perfect tide, a slow incoming. We anchored up right off the Marine Parkway Bridge, no rushing water, we held bottom with 2 and 3 ounces of lead, which is a rare thing by the bridge. Joe and I picked away at 35 Black fish with not one freakin' 16" or better, we had life all day and we lost a lot of fish. There were plenty of 15" and 15 3/4", all had to be returned. We also got two real big Porgy's, they were sent back to live another day. All in all it was a great day to be on the water with a good friend.
