no, if the hydraulic pump is good and can't move it you ain't got a prayer...
that pump is strong enough to lift a 5000 lb boat off the ground with those cylinders and not even strain.... It can easily trim the drive up with a big block v8 pushing the drive down at full throttle I suspect you have a pump problem
