built local to me in the Key West plant(they lease the assembly line to produce the tidewaters), It was started by one of the original Sea Pro owners. its a decent line, about the same as Sea Pro and Sea Fox. If I had to rate it one a 1 to 10, I'd give it a 4-5, not bad, but there are plenty better(and more expensive). The 90 should be OK on the 18 without a top
