My landscape business is doing good but with the amount of trips I'll have to take to Japan I will be gone too much to oversee quality. I did the numbers and hiring a guy to oversee QA I don't like the % of profit so it may just be the correct time to look at downsizing.
90% of my landscape business was 10-12 month contracts so I didn't have to worry about seasonal business. I'm a Program Manager that is writing technical instructions and then entering the document in a program for the Japanese to accomplish ship repair. So that's a 2 part job. Then I'm supplying butt's in a seat to do program input and supplying a Work Integration to monitor progress of contractor work.
