Personally, I don't think it's quite right to advise a seller that price is too high on open forum. I'd suggest that's appropriate for PM......personal mail that is.
But that's just me.............and as some of you may know, I believe solid V's and real clean V21' are collector boats, worth low six figures !!! Now someone please tell me that seems " pricey."
