The easiest way would be to have it soda blasted but you'll have to pay. I've heard of guys using easy off oven cleaner but I've never tried it. I used "peel away" on the transom of my Grady and it worked pretty well. One application removed quite a few coats. I have to reapply it to get the last of it off though. Good luck.
