Nice looking place.
$52 a foot for early bird price is cheap. Our marina is $63 a foot if paid in full before the new year. We have power and water and not much else. Certainly doesn't look as nice the Pier 76 Marina. Grey, I'm no help in the fishing dept. Not around here or anywhere for that matter. I'm pretty good at cooking something up on the grill or making a clam boil and I'm really good at keeping beverages ICE COLD in the cooler.
