Evinrude 200 HO on V21 - 1st report

So many factors come into play here,bottom paint hardtop's etc etc just like Genie said. Current in an ocean or a mill pond lake are variable so all the mph are with conditions. With that being said all should be taking as an estimate!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost everybody knows this but, some of us think there rig is faster.
