MJ, that house looks like a winner. Glad you were able to carry it off. VERY sorry about your boat. I know you'll be back boating again soon though... salt water is in your blood. Till that time you're more than welcome to hitch a ride with me, and I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that all of us would be happy to have you aboard.
