Ferm,
It is fuel injected and looks just like the OX66, just no O2 sensor from what I can tell. I've decided to get the motor no matter what. It would be a swap for some stuff I am owed. I'm sure I could part it out for what I'd be into it for. The motor lost the ring land on two piston and parts of the broken ring dinged up one head. The cylinders look like they are not too bad with maybe just aluminum smeared on the walls. The powerhead was taken apart 3 years ago and left that way so it would be somewhat of a jigsaw puzzle to put back together. My biggest concern is the crankshaft. It was in a garbage bag but there is some light tan rust spots on a few journals. It looks like just surface, no pitting but should I be worried? I can post pics if needed. It looks like rebuild kits can go for $1200 to $1500. I'm guessing machine work around $500?
