Thx 4 all the love, yea I am south of I-10 I live in Gulfport MS. I will take some pic's soon of the boat, and the soft spots are on both sides of the CC and behind it. I was looking at the caulk line at the bottom of the console and it's in bad shape so I belive that is why the deck is rotted out and the caulk line for the big area that covers the gas tank is not even there. All I can do is pray the stringers are not rotted.
I took the seats out today cause I am going to put a 100gallon ice chest instead due to the fact that my big *** won't fit in the small seats.  here is the only pic I have so far. wellcraft-center-console_l9vep.jpg
