Thanks for all the suggestions so far. It's getting a little off topic for 'classifieds' so I am going to start a new thread this weekend asking for help if I can't figure it out. Or maybe I'll write it up if I do. FWIW, i found a Sherline trailer tongue scale at http://discountcampus.com/store/disc...ilerscales.htm. Cost a few pennies shy of $130 delivered to my door. Hopefully it will arrive by Friday. So if anyone in the Wilmington area wants to check their tongue weight, i have the appropriate tool...
