Still need help - 94' Evinrude 175HP

Got it! Got the bolts removed. They were stuck to the rubber and didn't seem like they wanted to come. I'd turn them, but they'd spring back into place. Had to turn a little further with a pipe on the end of the socket wrench.

That video definitely worked! I've noticed you get better feedback when you include pictures, and now even more response when you post video.
