Take a look just under the rub rail on the starboard side of the transom...the boats HIN (Hull Identification Number) is molded into the fiberglass provided a previous owner hasn't done away with it...the last two NUMBERS are the year model.
The 135 should push a CC along pretty well, but loaded it'll never be speedy. Just depending on what you want from a boat it may be adequate...run it for a while and if it doesn't measure up, start looking for a 150 minimum to replace. Post up some pics of your new V-20 when you can...and welcome to the nut-hut...
